SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 1 business day with expected delivery between 1-2 business days of being shipped. You will receive an order dispatch e-mail with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
A signature may be required to accept delivery. If you are not available to take delivery of your order, the courier will leave you a card with instructions relating to collecting your order from a local sorting office or rearranging delivery.

RETURNS
We offer a generous 30 day returns policy, starting from the day you receive your item, if you are not happy with your purchase. Please contact us here to start a return.
Please allow up to 5 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued. Funds may take 3-5 days to appear in your statement depending on payment method used.
Funds will be reimbursed into the account initially used to purchase the item only.
If there is a fault with your item, we will also offer the option of an exchange and we will cover the cost of return shipping. If item is not faulty customer needs to pay for the return.
